On January 6, 1969 when WRVO first went on the air, John Krauss was the first person heard on 89.9. During his 38 year tenure, John has filled just about every job at the station. Since 1997 he has been WRVOs General Manager and has led the WRVO team to great heights - The WRVO Stations enjoy the broadest listener support and largest audience ever. John was instrumental in expanding our facilities in Utica, Watertown and is working on future expansion opportunities.
